Description: On April 26, 1927, G.H. Smart wrote a letter to Superintendent O.L. Emerick of Purcellville, VA on behalf of the patrons of Lenah School, requesting that their current teacher be re-elected for the upcoming school year. The letter, signed by all patrons except Mr. H.
